Visite de Alexander BettsAlexander Betts, Hedley Bull research fellow à l'université d'Oxford, fera un séjour de recherche d'un mois en novembre au REPI. Il est notamment spécialiste des politiques internationales sur les migrations. Il interviendra lors du café doctoral et du séminaire de recherche du REPI. Son séjour est financé par la fondation Wiener Anspach.
